Platts assessed Black Sea wheat (Russian Deep Sea, 12.5% protein) lower at $244/mt on July 27 below an offer for September at $245/mt. This reflects the Aug. 24-Sept. 7 Platts assessment window. The structure across the second half of August and the first half of September was assessed flat.
