Proposal to end NWE CIF Russian gasoil assessment

Effective the last trading day of 2009 and in line with changing flows of high sulfur gasoil, Platts proposes to discontinue the Northwest European CIF Russian gasoil (RGO) assessment.

The Northwest European 0.1% sulfur gasoil CIF and FOB cargo assessments will continue to be published.
