(d) Platts proposes to start reflecting German intermediate grades of 10 ppm diesel on a pro-rated basis in its 10 ppm FOB Rotterdam ULSD barge assessments effective August 31, 2011.
Summer spec will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to September 9.
Platts proposes to start reflecting German winter grades of 10 ppm sulfur on a pro-rated basis in its 10 ppm FOB Rotterdam ULSD barge assessments effective October 17.
Intermediate spec will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to October 26.
