ULSD CIF Le Havre summer-winter change dates

Platts proposes to start reflecting French winter grades of 10ppm sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its Diesel 10ppm cargo FOB and CIF for NWE (basis Le Havre) and Mediterranean assessments effective August 30, 2011, with summer spec being given a progressively lighter weighting up to September 12.
