Platts is proposing to amend its waterborne delivery laycan for the US Gulf Coast gasoline and distillate markets effective October 3, 2011.
Currently, the assessment time frame is for barrels loading 10 to 20 days from the date of publication. Platts proposes shifting this timing to 10 to 18 days forward from date of publication. This will allow bids and offers to enter positions for front window (10-12 days forward), mid-window (13-15 days forward) and back window (16-18 days forward).
Feedback on this proposal needs to be received by August 15, 2011. For questions or comments please contact Americas_products@platts.com and pricegroup@platts.com.
