SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes changes to European C02 emissions assessments

Platts proposes to publish European C02 emissions assessments in European Power Daily and European Power Alert real-time services that reflect the midpoint values only, effective October 1, 2015, and to no longer display the high and low range.

Under this proposal, Platts would continue to publish a high-low range around its midpoint assessments for European C02 emissions symbols in Market Data category EU.

Ranges for all contracts would be standardized as follows: +/- 02 euro cent.
