Platts has updated its European Electricity methodology guide to clarify the wording relating to annual consumption data used in its demand-weighted index calculations.
Further information can be found in the Platts European Electricity assessments and indices methodology guide.
The most recent update of consumption data for the PEP, CONTI and Continental European Indices was July 24 2015 with 12-month consumption totals taken from the latest available data provided by Entso-e, up to and including March 2015. The consumption data is typically updated annually.
