Subscriber note: Platts proposes new clean Baltic-UKC 30,000 mt assessment

Platts proposes to begin publishing daily assessments for a Baltic to UK Continent route on the basis of 30,000 mt clean product cargoes. The new assessments would be launched with effect from November 4, 2013. The assessments will reflect handy-size tankers carrying clean product cargoes. The assessments will reflect such cargoes primarily loading from terminals in Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Vysotsk in Russia; Porvoo, Finland; Riga and Ventspils, Latvia; Klaipeda, Lithuania, and Tallinn, Estonia and discharging in ports in Northwest Europe.
