10ppm sulfur diesel basis Hamburg, effective Aug 14

Platts proposes to start reflecting intermediate grades of 10ppm sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its Diesel 10ppm (basis Hamburg) assessments from August 14.

Summer spec 10ppm sulfur diesel will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to August 28. Platts proposes to start reflecting winter grades of diesel within the Diesel 10ppm assessments on a pro-rated basis effective September 30, with intermediate spec being given a progressively lighter weighting up to October 14.

Platts also proposes to start reflecting winter grades of 10ppm sulfur diesel in its ULSD 10ppm (basis ARA) assessment from August 14. Summer spec 10ppm sulfur diesel will be given a progressively lighter weighting up to August 29.

Platts proposes to start reflecting winter grades of 10ppm French sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its 10ppm cargo FOB and CIF for NWE and MED assessments effective September 1, with summer spec being given a progressively lighter weighting up to September 14.

Please note, the Diesel 10ppm assessment (Hamburg) will remain at parity to the ULSD 10ppm (ARA) assessment, although any bids and offers for material basis Hamburg will be normalized according to the above seasonality schedule.
