With the Ruby Pipeline aiming for a July 27 start-up, Platts intends to monitor spot-gas transactions from Ruby delivered at Malin, Oregon, to see if they are priced comparably to other transactions delivered at Malin from Gas Transmission Northwest and to determine whether to include Ruby-delivered deals in Platts existing assessments for the PG&E Malin pricing location.
Platts intends to make a decision on how to use the Ruby transactions as quickly as possible and will notify the market through a subscriber note on its website at: http://www.platts.com/SubscriberNotes and in Gas Daily, Inside FERC's Gas Market Report, and Platts Energy Trader.
