HIGHLIGHTS
As a result, the assessment will be renamed as FOB CVB corn basis Constanta.
This change follows changing trade flows that see Ukrainian corn increasingly move through Constanta, accelerated by the end of the Black Sea Grain Corridor earlier in the week ended July 21. Market feedback has therefore suggested that Ukrainian corn be included in the assessment.
Price assessments will continue to reflect corn with a maximum moisture content of 14.5%, maximum broken kernels of 5%, maximum damage of 5% (of which a maximum of 2% heat damage), and maximum foreign matter content of 2%.
The price assessments symbol ACVBC00 and ACVBC03 are published in the Daily Grains report and Platts Agricultural Alert pages 1440 and 1612.
