Platts discontinued US toluene, xylenes, and paraxylene weekly rationales and commentaries

Platts has discontinued the publication of an assessment rationale and commentary for the US Gulf Coast mixed xylenes, US Gulf Coast toluene and US Gulf Coast paraxylene price assessments, and will instead continue to include this information in the US Gulf Coast daily aromatics rationale and commentary.

This change took effect June 6, 2022.

The US Gulf Coast mixed xylenes rationale and commentary previously found on Petrochemical Alert page 0868 and page 0867 will now be found on page 1187 and page 1186, respectively.

The US Gulf Coast toluene rationale and commentary previously found on PCA1592 and PCA1593 will now be found on page 1187 and page 1186, respectively.

The US Gulf Coast paraxylene rationale and commentary previously found on PCA1575 and PCA1574 will now be found on page 1187 and page 1186, respectively.

The Platts US Gulf Coast mixed xylenes, US Gulf Coast toluene and US Gulf Coast paraxylene assessments and their methodology are not affected by this change.
