Platts ULSD BARGE: 1-3KT ICE LSGO M1: ARA Smr: FE: $37/mt; Terms: It is a condition of this bid that the product delivered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer shall not be, in all or in part, of Russian Federation origin and shall not have been loaded in or transported from the Russian Federation. For these purposes product shall be considered to be of "Russian Federation origin" if it is produced in the Russian Federation. Upon Buyer's request, Seller shall provide a proof of origin of the product.
