Banco de Santander SA joins EMEA distillate, fuel oil swaps MOC

Banco de Santander SA has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for European distillate and fuel oil swaps.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as Banco de Santander SA.
