Platts considers Brilliant Jewel MSU in fuel MOC

Platts is considering the Brilliant Jewel as an additional delivery point in the FOB Singapore fuel oil assessment process.

The Tanker Pacific-operated Moored Storage Unit is anchored at Pasir Gudang, in the Johor province of southern Malaysia.

Platts methodology already includes deliveries made from landed storage at Pasir Gudang, plus the Kadriah 1 Floating Storage Unit and the Titan Chios MSU, both also in Johor.

The same standards will apply to the Brilliant Jewel that are applied to Kadriah 1 and the Titan Chios.
