Platts proposes to start publishing a jet fuel export duty for Russia with effect from from October 1, 2014. This value will be published in US dollars per metric ton. Platts currently reflects a jet fuel export duty at 66% of the Russian crude oil export duty in its Russian jet fuel export netback calculations, but this value is not currently published in its own right. Platts periodically reviews changes in export duties and aims to reflect prevailing levels in its netback calculations. Please send feedback and comments to europe_products@platts.com and pricegroup@platts.com by August 16, 2014. Please provide a clear indication if comments are intended for publication by Platts for public viewing. Platts will consider all comments received and will make these comments available on request.
