SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Update to new Platts dry bulk freight assessments

Following the launch of Dry Freight Wire on June 25, with a raft of associated new assessments for dry bulk freight, Platts has updated certain assessments. Following feedback, Platts has decided to continue reviewing the potential for Handysize and Panamax dry bulk freight assessments for bauxite moving from Australia to the United Arab Emirates and China. Platts has also amended the Platts price database code reflecting its assessment for dry bulk freight associated with alumina moving from Australia to China, from its previously announced code. Details of the new code are contained in the table below. All other assessments announced by Platts on June 19 were launched as proposed.
