Platts to suspend bunker fuel MOC spill-over pages

Platts proposes to suspend pages PGB 998 and PGB 999 on Platts Marine Alert, with a tentative suspension date of August 20, 2012. Pages 998 and 999 are continuation pages for PGB 997, which is itself widely used by readers to review bids, offers and trades published during the Platts Market on Close assessment process for bunker fuel globally.

At the same time, Platts proposes to enhance page 997, adding more lines to allow for a fuller display of bids, offers, trades and trade summaries.

For greater clarity, page 997 will display each event as it is published, but will no longer append previous events to the body text. This will allow the reader to more clearly associate each published event with its relevant headline, and simplify viewing the text published on page 997.
