Platts discontinues some EMEA ferrous assessments

Following market feedback, S&P Global Platts has discontinued certain weekly and monthly EMEA ferrous assessments effective July 15, 2021.

Platts has discontinued the following assessments:

SB01146 HRC CFR Persian Gulf Port Import

SB01186 Plate EXW Turkey

SB01200 Rebar Mid East Dom Prod Ex-Works

SB01179 Plate FOB CIS Export

SB01255 Welded pipe FOB Turkey Export

AAXJH00 HR sheet CPT Moscow

STPRA00 Plate CIF Antwerp

AAXFB04 Rebar FOB South Europe

Based on market feedback received, Platts has decided to continue publishing the following assessments:

SB01162 Medium Sections FOB Turkey

SB01166 Merchant Bar Domestic Europe

Platts will also change the publication day of the following weekly prices to Wednesday from Friday, effective July 21.
