SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts adds new rationales for Europe gasoline, naphtha

As part of its continued commitment to market transparency, Platts will begin publishing assessment rationales for two more European benchmark assessments with effect from July 14, 2014. These new rationales cover Platts Naphtha FOB Med Cargo and Gasoline Eurobob FOB ARA Barge assessments.

These new rationales, which will be launched for certain gasoline and naphtha assessments in Europe, complement existing market analysis and commentaries by providing specific details regarding how Platts editors arrived at these published assessments.

The new rationales -- along with Bid, Offer, Trade and Exclusion data summary pages where relevant -- will appear in Platts European Marketscan and on Platts Global Alert. A complete table showing pages, along with assessments covered, follows below.
