Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has launched a weekly assessment for Granular Sulfur on a CFR Indonesia basis, effective July 13.
The assessment is published in the Fertecon Sulphur Weekly Report. The assessment is designed to capture growing sulfur flows into Indonesia to support the expansion of the Indonesia nickel processing industry.

The specifications for the assessment are as follows:
Quality: Granular sulfur in bulk
Quantity: Minimum 35,000-50,000 mt
Basis and location: CFR Indonesia basis Gresik; ports in Indonesia handling Sulphur cargoes, namely: Bahodopi, Obi Island, Weda Bay
Timing: Loading up to three months forward
Frequency: Weekly, Thursdays
Appears in: Sulphur Weekly Report
Unit of assessment: Dollars per mt
