Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will update the specifications of eight Americas Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) price assessments, effective Aug. 7, 2025.
The amendments will refine and evolve specifications such as quality, quantity, and timing for the assessments to better reflect the phosphate market activity dynamics in the Americas region.
The weekly phosphate price assessments will now be assessed as a single "close" value with the low and high range standardized at a $1/mt interval on either side of the assessed close value.
