Platts backfills KMAX 9 Index and a Panamax TCE for July 3

S&P Global Platts has backfilled the KMAX 9 Index and the Panamax time charter equivalent (TCE) rate for the New Orleans, Louisiana, to Qingdao, China, route basis vessel delivered at Busan, for July 3.
