Subscriber note: Corrects July 2 European ETBE spot premium

The European ETBE FOB AR spot premium over MTBE published July 2, 2013 has been corrected. The assessment now reads $129.50/mt, where it previously read $131/mt as a result of an incorrect MTBE value. The assessment's oracle code is AASLQ02.
