SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Removal of Metallurgical Coal MC Market Data from CI category

On October 1 Platts will remove the Metallurgical Coal MC Market Data category from Coal International CI category. Currently subscribers who purchase the CI category receive the MC category automatically. After October 1, subscribers will have the option to purchase the newly created coal premium package which includes both CI and MC categories if they wish to continue to receive both. Alternatively, subscribers can purchase either MC or CI categories individually if they only wish to receive one group of price assessments. Those who are currently receiving MC through purchase of the CI category will continue to receive both categories until their annual contract rolls over, and will not see their service disrupted in any way. Upon renewal, subscribers will be automatically renewed at the new premium coal package. Please speak to your account manager if you would like to amend your subscription upon contract renewal.
