SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes changes to FOB Black Sea wheat specifications

S&P Global Platts proposes to change its FOB Black Sea wheat (Russia, 12.5%) WRBSD00 volume to 25,000 mt, plus/minus 5% at buyer's option, from 60,000 mt. Also, the test weight to 77 kg/hl, from the current 77-78 kg/hl, and minimum falling number to 250, from 230, all effective August 11.
