Subscriber note: Platts launches 2014 RIN assessments

Platts has launched 2014 RIN assessments effective July 1, 2013. Going forward, year-ahead RINs will be launched on the first working day of July of the prior year. On July 1, Platts 2014 (Next-Year) RIN assessments will reflect January 2014 transfer timing. Platts Next-Year RIN assessments will continue to reflect January transfer timing through the last trading day of December.
