Kangqi signals Asia naphtha MOC interest

Kangqi International Pte. Ltd. has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts market on close assessment process for Asia naphtha cargoes.

All bids and offers will be published as Kangqi. Platts welcomes all feedback.
