SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to discontinue 90-day FOB Newcastle coal assessment

London (Platts)--29Jun2018/950 am EDT/1350 GMT Following industry consultation, S&P Global Platts has decided to discontinue its FOB Newcastle coal 6,300 kcal/kg GAR 90 Day $/mt (CSAGB00) from July 23, 2018.

The assessment is published in Coal Trader International, on Global Coal Alert page 420 and in Market Data category CI.

The following associated assessments will also be discontinued as a result:

CSEUE00 Thermal Coal FOB Newcastle 6300 kcal/kg GAR 90 Day Euro/mt CSAGB03 Thermal Coal FOB Newcastle 6300 kcal/kg GAR 90 Day $/mt MAvg CSAGB04 Thermal Coal FOB Newcastle 6300 kcal/kg GAR 90 Day $/mt QAvg

These prices are published in Coal Trader International.

Platts will discontinue the assessments listed above on July 23, 2018.

The last day of assessment will be July 20.
