Platts changes publication day for EU sugar price assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has changed the publication day for its weekly EU sugar price assessments to Thursday from Friday, effective June 27, 2024.

Platts has moved the weekly EXW Northwest Europe (SGAEG04), UK delivered (SGAEF04) and North Italy delivered (SGAEL04) sugar assessments to a Thursday market on close, rather than Friday, in line with Platts global sugar price assessments.

Price assessments and commentaries from Asia, EMEA and the Americas will feature in a new Physical Market Sugar Report. The EU Sugar Market Report has been discontinued.
