Platts corrects June 16 European Recycled HDPE commentary

The European recycled HDPE commentary published by S&P Global Platts on June 16, 2021, in Polymerscan and on PCA0525 contained the wrong text.

The correct June 16 commentary can be found underneath the R-HDPE commentary for June 23, and also here: https://pmc.platts.com/Article.aspx?id=fcdf1816-4859-4061-8488-a35b02360dbd&nl=PCA

The correction affects only the commentary, and not any assessments.
