S&P Global Platts offices will be closed in the US on Monday, July 3, and Tuesday, July 4, due to the Independence Day holiday.
Wholesale electricity markets are scheduled to trade July 3. The 2017 Western Electricity Coordinating Council calendar shows July 3 prescheduling for July 4 and July 5 flow.
Platts price reporters as usual will be able to submit electricity trade data on July 3. However, due to office closures, Platts will compile and publish the bilateral day-ahead prices for the Southeast and West for July 4 and July 5 flow on July 5.
