Timing change on Europe eWindow, effective July 1

Effective July 1, 2009, Platts is implementing a change to the timing guidelines in those editorial processes where eWindow is used in Europe.

Currently, Platts publishes price changes following the initial bid/offer up until 16.27.59 London Time.

In those markets where the bids/offers are submitted directly via eWindow, Platts will accept in its editorial processes price changes up until 16.29.01 London Time.
