SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to change T2 Ethanol to FOB ARA/AR

Platts proposes that, effective January 1, 2016, its FOB Rotterdam T2 ethanol assessments will change to reflect FOB Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp loading.

Platts invites feedback regarding this proposal.
