SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to discontinue Japan delivered copper assessments

S&P Global Platts has decided to discontinue publication of daily Japanese copper cathode domestic delivered prices, which are a republication of JX Nippon Mining & Metals' domestic copper list prices available on the company's website.

This follows a proposal note on this subject issued on April 13, 2016.

The prices -- Japan delivered copper cathode (current month), symbol MMALK00, and Japan delivered copper cathode (two months out) MMALL00, as well as the associated averages of these prices -- will cease to be published in Platts Metals Daily, Platts Metals Alert and Platts Metals Week from December 1, 2016, and not October 3, 2016 as previously stated.
