Astra to join Asia fuel oil MOC

AOT Trading AG and Astra Oil Company Pte Ltd have advised Platts they intend to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for Asia fuel oil cargoes and paper swaps.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as Astra.
