Platts clarifies Urals NWE quality

CLARIFICATION NOTE: Platts is monitoring the quality and trading patterns of Urals crude cargoes loading from typical export sea ports in northern Europe, including Ust-Luga.

Platts reminds its subscribers that its CIF Rotterdam Urals assessments reflect cargoes of typical Primorsk quality.

Urals crude cargoes loading from other typical Northern European ports, when of differing quality, may be subject to normalization.
