Clarification on price increments during ETBE MOC

Platts will permit prices changes of $2 per minute increments in European ETBE MOC assessment process when such bids or offers are expressed on flat price basis.

Platts will permit prices changes of $1 per minute increments in European ETBE MOC assessment process when such bids or offers are expressed at a premium to MTBE price.
