Issue with AT&T and Cricket Cellular Users Accessing Platts Trade Vision

Due to a restriction of text message notifications (SMS) by AT&T for Amazon Web Services applications, any AT&T or Cricket cellular user who attempts to login to the Platts Trade Vision platform is not receiving the needed text message code to verify the two-factor authentication process.

Platts requests that while this issue is being resolved that any AT&T/Cricket cellular users of Platts Trade Vision either:

  1. Have a non-AT&T/Cricket cellular user submit their transactional file through the Platts Trade Vision platform.
  2. Email their transactional file to Gasprice_Daily@spglobal.com and Platts staff will submit the file into Platts Trade Vision on their behalf.

Platts will provide an additional subscriber note once this issue has been resolved.
