New bunker fixed page for Europe bunkers

Effective June 1, Platts has re-arranged its Northwest European Bunker fixed pages to carry price data as follows: MH988 carries the North Sea and English Channel daily bunker assessments and a new page, MH1100, carries the Baltic Sea daily Bunker Assessments for the Great Belt, Gdansk and St Petersburg.

All other pricing and commentary fixed pages remain unchanged.
