Two industry experts will participate as panelists at the upcoming Platts zinc forum, 4 pm EDT June 18 in New York.
The discussion on zinc market trends will include Joe Spiciarich, vice president, Penoles Metals & Chemicals, and Dan Langer, vice president/material manager for PHB Inc.
Platts will host the complimentary forum on the zinc market at The McGraw-Hill Building, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, 10020.
The forum will be held in the 2nd Floor Gallery Room, immediately following the Platts Scrap and Steel Forum and luncheon. Market participants are welcome to attend both forums.
The zinc forum will focus on the causes and effects of rising zinc premiums, the Platts methodology for assessing premiums and possible changes to specifications for the SHG and galvanizing premiums.
