Please be advised that on Saturday June 20th, 2015 and again on Saturday July 18th, 2015, Platts will perform maintenance on the Platts Market Data FTP delivery platform that will begin at 9:00 AM and last until approximately 1:00 PM (all time New York) with each occurrence. While this maintenance will ensure Platts continues to provide stable, timely, reliable delivery of Platts Market Data directly to our valued customers, during these two maintenance periods the site will be unavailable to users.

With that in mind, our records indicate that you access Platts Market Data via the URL ftp.platts.com. If this is accurate, then no additional action is required on your part. This is also true if you access Platts Market Data through one of our vendors in lieu of direct access to Platts.

If you connect to Platts directly using via IP address, however, please contact Platts Client Services immediately as you will need additional information and additional action may be required.
