Platts Market Data (Dispatch) maintenance

Platts and McGraw-Hill corporate infrastructure have scheduled maintenance work that requires us to migrate our current Platts Market Data (Dispatch) production system to our alternate location.

As a result, on June 4, anyone using IP address access will need to update their IP address to our alternate server location.

No action is needed by those who access via URL or ftp.platts.com.

Please contact support@platts.com if you access using a direct IP address and require our alternate IP address.

To avoid confusion, we will remain on the alternate server location until we migrate to our new platform.
