01 Jun 2011 | 05:48 UTC — New York
Effective June 1, 2011, Platts will begin assessing the New York Harbor CBOB Grade 328 and RBOB gasoline ratable (rates) markets.
This follows a period of feedback that ended April 15, 2011.
These assessments would reflect the ratable value of CBOB Grade 328 and RBOB one month from the date of publication; for example, in June, the assessments would reflect July ratable.
The outright assessments would be derived from differentials in the respective grades tied to second-month Platts NYMEX RBOB futures assessments at 3:15 p.m. ET.
These assessments would roll over on the last trade day of each calendar month.
The CBOB rates in question will reflect supplies with 9.0 RVP post ethanol, which are destined for markets outside of Pennsylvania.
These prices will appear on PGA 14, US Marketscan, Oilgram Price Report (OPR).
