SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts corrects labeling of RIN assessments in weekly reports

Please note as previously announced from February 1, 2016, Platts discontinued the 2014 D6, D4 and D5 ethanol assessments. However, the 2015 and 2016 assessments have been mislabeled in the Weekly Global Ethanol Report and the Weekly Global Biodiesel Report. As of February 1, 2016, the Platts year 1 and year 2 rolling codes have represented the 2015 and 2016 RIN assessments. Therefore, the RIN assessments published as 2014 for D6, D4 and D5 have represented the 2015 D6, D4 and D5 assessments. The RIN assessments published as 2015 for D6, D4 and D5 in the weekly global ethanol and biodiesel reports have represented the 2016 D6, D4 and D5 assessments. The RIN assessments published as 2016 for D6, D4 and D5 in the weekly global ethanol and biodiesel reports have not been updating as of January 2016.
