Effective Monday, July 5, 2017, S&P Global Platts will start publishing 2018 RIN values for Ethanol RIN (D6), Biodiesel RIN (D4), Advanced Biofuel RIN (D5) and Cellulosic Biofuel RINs (D3).
This is in line with the methodology which states that Platts will launch year-ahead RIN assessments on the first working day of July of the prior year.
Platts will not be publishing biofuel assessments July 3 or July 4, 2017, due to the US Independence Day Holiday.
The assessments will be published under the following lifetime calender codes:
RD62018 Ethanol RIN Cal 2018 RD42018 Biodiesel RIN Cal 2018 RD52018 Advanced Biofuel RIN Cal 2018 RD32018 Cellulosic Biofuel RIN Cal 2018
The following rolling codes will also be applied to the year ahead 2018 RIN assessments for the period between July 1, 2017, to January 31, 2018. RINCY03 Ethanol RIN Cal 2018 BDRCY03 Biodiesel RIN Cal 2018 ABRCY03 Advanced Biofuel RIN Cal 2018 CBRCY03 Cellulosic Biofuel RIN Cal 2018
These assessments will appear in the daily Platts Biofuelscan, Weekly Global Ethanol Report and the Weekly Global Biodiesel Report. They will also appear on the Platts Biofuels Alert page 10, 201, 310 and 301.
