Subscriber note: Platts to update USGC naphtha specifications July 1

Following a review of specifications announced on April 17, 2013, Platts confirms that it will update the defined specifications for its US Gulf Coast heavy naphtha and standard naphtha assessments with effect from July 1. The specifications were reviewed following an analysis of the impact of lighter shale crudes on the domestic reformer-feed naphtha market. The updated specifications are as follows:
