EMEA barge date change to reflect holidays

Effective May 31 and June 1, 2012, and in line with public holidays, Platts will reflect EMEA product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 5-15 days forward.

For May 31, the first day that can be bid or offered will be June 7. For June 1 the first day that can be bid or offered will be June 8.

Following June 1, typical loading dates will be reflected.
