Missing Nymex, ICE, DME futures prices for May 21

Due to technical issues, some futures prices for May 21 from the Nymex, ICE and Dubai exchanges did not update at the normal time Friday. As a result, Dispatch subscribers did not receive these prices in the 'postclose' folder as they normally would.

The problem has now been fixed. The missing prices have already been sent to realtime data subscribers. FTP Dispatch subscribers will receive these prices in the 'today' folder starting with the 8:15am (US Eastern time) 'Early Asia' cut on Monday May 24 and ending with the 8:15pm 'Final' cut. Dispatch CSV subscribers will receive these prices in the 'Latest' files in the 'My Subscriptions' area at www.platts.com starting at 8:15am Monday.

The affected dispatch categories and the number of missed prices for each are listed below. Platts apologizes for any inconvenience.
