Platts to change publication day for EU sugar price assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will change the publication day for its weekly EU sugar price assessments to Thursday from Friday, effective June 27, 2024.

Platts will move the weekly EXW Northwest Europe (SGAEG04), UK delivered (SGAEF04) and North Italy delivered (SGAEL04) sugar assessments to a Thursday market on close, rather than Friday, in line with Platts global sugar price assessments.

The last Friday publication for these assessments will be June 21, before moving to a Thursday publication from June 27.
